| As little as 30 minutes a week tending the garden or allotment can dramatically improve men’s performance in bed, according to experts in the field.* Digging, weeding or mowing the lawn for half an hour can reduce men’s risk of failing to live up to expectations in bed by more than a third, the survey found. The Office of National Statistics has also identified, in their 2005 time use survey, that on average men have 30 minutes more free time each week than women - so there really is no excuse. * The Journal of European Urology Jan 2009 |
